Syosset Soccer Club Unveils New Game Field and Honors Longtime Leader Everett Boccafola

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for a newly renovated field

I’m proud to share that the Syosset Soccer Club, together with the Town of Oyster Bay, recently dedicated a new natural-grass game field at Stillwell Park, replacing and upgrading the playing surface to better serve both travel and intramural players. It was especially meaningful to me as Director of Field Operations to see the community come together around youth sport and facility investment. At the ceremony we also honored Everett Boccafola, a long-time board member whose leadership and volunteer service have helped shape the Club for years. I believe this new field represents not only improved infrastructure, but also a renewed commitment to teamwork, development and shared purpose across generations of players, and I’m very grateful to everyone who contributed to making it possible.
